took the trail riding option today as wind looked crap , as always it banged in good mid day at the knap (18mph)but was to far out on bike to bother getting back, cracking trail run thou, although some of the gang had a bit of a hard time , the 4ft wall to get over sorted the men from the boys ,and the testing cllimb I had chosen drew a few tears (he,he) lots out on the trails on full crossers covered around 60 miles in sorching sun biling up under the full armour etc .
